In a recent shocking development, two accused, who fired multiple gunshots outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, were produced before Mumbai’s Killa Court on Tuesday. They fled from the city after the incident. However, Mumbai Police authorities managed to get hold of the duo and the Court has now sent them to nine-day custody.
Two of the accused arrested were Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal who went to Gujarat’s Kachchh after the firing incident. However, they were caught by Kachchh Police and handed over to Mumbai Police.
AR Zankant, Kachchh DSP said that during primary investigation, the two accused were in close contact with infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
Lakhmi Gautam, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) earlier said that two gunmen in a motorcycle shot five rounds of fire at Salman Khan’s house at 4:50 am on April 14 (Sunday), following which an investigation has been initiated.
