Deepika Padukone kickstarted this year with her stellar performance in ‘Fighter’ and is prepping up for another power-packed role as Lady Singham in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’.
While her captivating performances have been winning hearts worldwide, something, much to her delight, made her day even more special. The actress was surprised by the film’s team with beautiful flower bouquet and an inspiring note “To our Hero, Lady Singham” today morning.
The mom-to-be actress took to her Instagram handle to drop a picture of the flower bouquet along with the handwritten note. The pictures have been grabbing a mammoth of attention since then on the social media platform.
A few days back, Rohit Shetty too shared a video of Deepika on Instagram from his upcoming cop drama film where he referred to her as his ‘hero’. She looked formidable in her cop uniform. He captioned the post, MY HERO... REEL MEIN BHI AUR REAL MEIN BHI (In reel and in real) LADY SINGHAM!!! @deepikapadukone.”
Deepika continues to impress the world even during pregnancy as she is busy shooting for Rohit’s flick by portraying the role of cop Shakti Singh. ‘Singham Again’ also stars Ajay Devgan, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and, Akshay Kumar in pivotal roles. Whereas, Arjun Kapoor will be seen in the negative role. The movie will release on August 15, 2024.
