Here’s how cold and fever can be cured easily with simple home remedies

Are you someone who loves to get drenched in rain waters? You are game! But be careful also. Although getting wet in rains enables one to soak in the contentment in the beauty of nature, it may bring along with it cold,  cough and even fever.  It is important to strengthen body’s resistance to avoid fever and combat various infections. Hence, resorting to some domestic remedies  is probably the wisest option and the most natural way to enhance body’s immunity.

  1. Yogurt – Eating yogurt after meals is effective for combating various diseases. Loaded with vitamin C, it even boosts proper digestion.
  2. Chicken soup – This is a wonder liquid that helps one recover faster from cough and cold and acts as a natural immunity booster.
  3. Vapour mixed with eucalyptus oil – If you have a tight schedule and have no energy to work, mix eucalyptus oil in warm water and take vapour. This will help you get rid of the problem of cold, cough or headache. 
  4. Pepper and honey - Mix a small amount of pepper in a saucepan and boil it for ten minutes. Strain the water in a cup mixing a little honey and drink it. This obstructs the body temperature to rise and combats fever. 
  5. Tea mixed with lemon and ginger – Mixing lemon juice and a pinch of ginger in tea will help you get back strong immunity making you feel fresh.
